What’s Included in our three step property maintenance process
Phase 1 : Monthly property inspection & condition reporting.
As part of our management package inclusions we undertake a monthly building inspection of your property to ensure all building elements are in acceptable working and appearance order. If during the inspection we identify any major cosmetic or structural damages we will record them and advise you on the best possible way to remedy such defects. Please be rest assured that all our building inspection team consist of experienced and certified tradesman with year of industry experience.

Phase 2 : Assigning a suitable contractor to complete the repair work.
Whether we identify an issue during the monthly inspection or receive an emergency call, we ensure it is addressed promptly and effectively.
Realistically, damages or breakages to walls, plumbing, and electrical systems can occur in any rental property. However, our ability to address these issues efficiently sets us apart from typical agencies and directly impacts the profitability and efficiency of your investment. As your property manager and co-host, we have access to a network of highly experienced and licensed tradesmen with proven track records, available 24/7.
Depending on the urgency and severity of the issue, we will engage multiple contractors to provide estimates for the necessary work. Phase 3 : Progress Report and quality assurance.
Upon completion of the repairs, we will provide you with a detailed maintenance report and an installation certificate, outlining the work performed and the associated costs. This ensures you can be confident that your property is in good hands.
Additionally, all property expenses are logged in your client profile portal for easy tracking and reference. At the end of the financial year, we will issue a comprehensive End of Financial Year statement summarizing all expenses incurred throughout the year. This transparent reporting allows you to stay informed and make well-informed financial decisions.
